1- Our first relief material distribution took place between 31/5/2020 and 2/6/2020. We are thankful to each and every individual for their spontaneous generosity.
2- We have included three lists in this post. The first list (List A) is limited to the people who contributed between 26/5/2020 to 30/5/2020.
3- Empowered by the donations made during the above mentioned dates ( and specifically by the people mentioned in List A) we were able to procure the materials needed for the first project in time and deliver accordingly.
4- In List B we have shared the expenses involved in our first distribution operation.
5- In List C we have shared the name of the donors ( who donated between 31/5/2020 to 10 PM IST of 4/6/2020) and their contributed amounts towards the Hingalganj Initiative.
6- In the closing paragraph we have shared the latest situation regarding our upcoming Medical Camps in Choto Sahebkhali and Bainara villages of Hingalganj.
7- However, the reader must understand one thing very clearly. I do not know how to write an account statement or a balance sheet. :) But every penny that we have recevied and every penny that we have spent, is recorded here.

With the above cash in hand we are now all set to conduct two medical camps in the Choto Sahebkhali and Bainara villages on 06/06/2020 and 07/06/2020 respectively. Our team of volunteers for this medical camp will consist of three doctors and three assistants. We have alreday procured all the medicines and other necessary items for the upcoming camp and the packing is nearly complete.
On 08/06/2020, we will post the report of our medical camps and will also talk about our next step.
Though you confess to not being an "accountant",you have given a perfect account of your "accounts".
ReplyDeleteAnd no "miscellaneous" too.
Great initiative, enviable commitment and excellent execution.
God bless, take care and be safe.

Many thanks Rupakda. :)
DeleteIn spite of everything happening around the world, there are people who are still 'human'. God bless you all.
